The Company takes pleasure in announcing the following dividends:-

A Final Dividend of 4.5% (Less Malaysian Income Tax @ 25%)

A Special Dividend of 3.5% (Less Malaysian Income Tax @ 25%)

in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009, which will be paid on 3 August 2010 to all shareholders appearing on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 12 July 2010.
