Ensure timely submission of key account price discounts claim for agency products
Support the consolidation of promotions planned and other trade agreements with key accounts to the sales force via TM Bulletin
Conduct weekly trade visit reporting for in store executions in selected top stores
Provide consolidated monthly key accounts activities executed and report frequencies conducted vs annual customer plan
Provide consolidated monthly key account trade spend by chain vs agreed trading agreements
Provide key accounts' administrative support to finance and branches in reconcilaition of all outstanding payments and disputed invoices
Support maintenance of account profile and contact report for designated accounts accessible to National Key Account Manager
Produce customise reports on needs basis to key account team
Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Key Account Management - Modern Trade
Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong working relationships and influencing internal customers
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop findings for overall business development
