Step 1 Dry wok before pouring in Buruh Cooking Oil. Make sure to add enough oil to completely cover the amount of food used. Allow to heat. |

Step 2 Deep fry food until golden brown and cooked through. Use a food strainer or paper towels to drain off excess oil. |

Step 3 Let the cooking oil cool down sufficiently before filtering to remove any food remains. Store the oil in a clean, dry, stainless steel container with a tight-fitting cover until the next round of cooking. |

Step 4 The oil can be reused until it turns noticeably thick and foamy, and gives off smoke when heated. This indicates that it has oxidized completely, and should be discarded. Use fresh Buruh Cooking Oil for cooking and follow Steps 1-5. |

Step 5 Do not dispose used oil down the sink as this may cause a blockage. You may pour it into an unused bottle/container and discard as your normal garbage |
